So what's changed? Just our name.
“Security Packaging” fit our roots twenty-five years ago, when we started as a specialty packaging company serving the automotive industry. Since then, as our relationships with clients have expanded, our services have as well. We’ve been providing reverse logistics solutions for years, handling part returns from automobile dealerships and maximizing the value of these assets. We also have extensive experience in order fulfillment and many other value-added services. In fact, we offer services and solutions for nearly every stage of the supply chain, from warehousing to disposal. We’ve grown – and it was time for a new name to better encompass the range of services that we offer.
Why NorthGate? We like to think of ourselves as your Northern Gateway – an ideal location to process materials being shipped in to or out of the Great Lakes region of the U.S. and Canada. From our location in Flint, Michigan, we have easy access to major metro areas such as Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toronto, and Montreal. And our proximity to an international airport and an intermodal rail yard gives us the tools to connect our clients’ goods to anywhere in the world.
